Facilities and Capital Projects

This office manages the planning, design, construction, retrofitting, renovation, and restoration of the College of Engineering's campus buildings, new facilities, infrastructure and their surroundings in conjunction with its Master Plan. In addition, oversees building maintenance and operations services; space planning, design, and moves; facilities reservation services; and safety programs. Furthermore, we provide facility consultation services and project management, which coordinates all activities related to the development of capital projects involving campus groups, building and program committees; architects, engineers and related professional services; and the many and various construction contractors.
