Facilities and Capital Projects

This office manages the planning, design, construction, retrofitting, renovation, and restoration of the College of Engineering's campus buildings, new facilities, off-campus building sites, infrastructure and their surroundings in conjunction with its Master Plan. In addition, oversees building maintenance and operational services; space planning, design, and moves; office reconfiguration; facilities reservation services; and safety programs. Furthermore, we provide facility consultation and planning services and project management, which coordinates all activities related to the development of capital projects involving campus groups, building and program committees; architects, engineers and related professional services; and the many and various construction contractors.
