Faculty Honors

In June, MSE assistant professor Oscar Dubon Jr. received the 2004 Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers. It’s the nation’s highest honor for scientists at the early stages of their careers. Dubon received the award at a ceremony in Washington D.C. on June 13. His research focuses on semiconductor materials and manufacturing methods that address challenges presented by nanoscale electronics. (Photo Credit: Peg Skorpinski)
