Faculty HonorsME professor Van P. Carey has been named the 2004 James Harry Potter Gold Medalist by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). The James Harry Potter Gold Medal was established in 1980 in recognition of eminent achievement or distinguished service in the application of the science of thermodynamics in mechanical engineering. The award was presented at the ASME Congress in Anaheim, California, in November. |
