Student Honors

On April 19, ME Ph.D candidate Caroline White received the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association Fellowship Award for her research in materials development. Dean Richard Newton, ME chair Al Pisano, ME professor Andrew Szeri and retired Rear Admiral Paul Tobin presented the award. "I'm very pleased and honored," said White after the ceremony. The fellowship is for $15,000.
