If you had $25M for a Branson-style contest, what world problem would you solve?

Something related to global warming because the 2050 projections aren’t very welcoming.

I would improve the civil infrastructure. I’d make traffic lights more efficient and improve overpasses.

Something to get rid of the air pollution because it’s only getting worse.

I’m from L.A. so it would have to do with travel and making a new transportation system. But $25 million wouldn’t be nearly enough for that.
