The mission of the Women in Engineering Program (WEP) is to motivate all students to achieve their full potential in careers as engineers and leaders and to provide educational materials about the contributions of women in engineering. WEP also provides academic support such as pre-admissions advising, tutoring, pre-graduate school advising, and financial aid resources. The program also provides seminars on reducing test anxiety, applying to graduate school, and enhancing communication.
