How to Access Engineering Student Services

Location: 230 Bechtel Engineering Center (map) 

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am - 5pm  
            Friday  10am-5pm

Scheduled Appointments: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am - 11:40 & 1pm - 3:40 pm.

Drop-in Advising: (first come, first served) Wednesday 9:00 am - 11:40 am, 1pm - 3:30 pm

Multicultural Engineering Program (MEP) Academic Learning Center

Engineering Student Services (ESS) provides free academic support services for engineering students including drop-in tutoring and scheduled workshops.  The MEP Academic Learning Center is located across the hall from ESS in 225B Bechtel.  If you are interested in receiving tutoring, view this semester's schedule here.  If you are interested in working as a tutor or workshop leader in our MEP Academic Learning Center, please contact Lauren Reising at ljreising@berkeley.edu. Degree Worksheets and Degree Audit Reports (DARS)

Degree WorksheetYou can  quickly and easily obtain an unofficial degree check online via Bear Facts using the Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS).  In addition to DARS, there are degree worksheets for every major available online. College of Engineering students are expected to fill out and bring these worksheets when they go to faculty advising.
