    • Articulated courses completed at California Community Colleges do appear on your DAR without you having to do anything other than submit the transcript to Admissions.
    • Courses completed at any other institution (other UC schools, 4 year colleges, 2 year colleges outside California) will ONLY appear after an official transfer course evaluation form has been approved by the appropriate faculty and submitted by the student to their adviser in 230 Bechtel Engineering Center.  Your Engineering Student Services (ESS) Adviser must manually enter the approved courses in your DAR.
    • Substitutions to requirements/courses which have been approved by petition  will appear on the audit.  They must be entered manually by your Engineering Student Services (ESS) Adviser; please allow a minimum of 10 business days after your petition is approved for processing of the course into DARS.
