Degree Worksheets & Degree Audit Reports (DARS)

DARS ScreenThe College of Engineering is happy to announce some exciting changes in how undergraduate students will monitor their academic progress!

You can now quickly and easily obtain an unofficial degree check online via Bear Facts using the Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS). The DARS application compares your academic work with the requirements of your degree program and prepares a comprehensive report detailing your progress toward meeting those requirements. This gives you an automated process to review your progress toward graduation at any time.

FALL 2009 ADMITS.   From June 8 thru August 15, you can order a preliminary DARS report which is based on information you submitted on your UC application in November.  An official determination of your transfer credit totals (based on official transcripts submitted to the Office of Admission) will be completed between mid-August and mid-October. For details on what is and isn't included in the preliminary audits, read this website carefully:

In addition to DARS, there are now degree worksheets (similar to what was previously provided to track degree progress, the degree check) for every major available online. College of Engineering students are expected to fill out and bring these worksheets  when they go to faculty advising.
