To give potential transfer students a more comprehensive view of the majors they are interested in, the College of Engineering's Community College Day program held previously in October will now be rolled into Cal Day, the campus's annual open house, on Saturday, April 16, 2011. Visiting the campus on Cal Day will give potential students a sampling of life as a Berkeley Engineering student and the big picture of what is happening at Cal.

On Cal Day the College of Engineering hosts nearly 70 programs for prospective students, from lab tours and demonstrations to information sessions, building tours and more! The College will hold a "Transfer Admissions Workshop" specifically for potential transfer students, and we encourage visitors to take advantage of the wide array of activities on that day. All California Community College students, faculty and counseling staff are invited to attend.
